This building was situated at the intersection of Tayuman Street and Governor Forbes Street (now Lacson Avenue), very near what was then San Lazaro Race Track (now SM San Lazaro).
It had two stories, the lower being used for rooms, and the upper as a Lodge Room.
Dalisay No. 14, Solidaridad No. 23, and Modestia No. 83 held their meetings in this temple.
The building was owned by the Dalisay Corporation, founded by and exclusively for the members of Dalisay Lodge.
